MAKE-UP ARTISTS NEEDED ’Äì JUNE 13, 2011

Erinoakkids, a children’Äôs treatment centre is in need of 4 Volunteer Make-Up Artists on Monday, June 13th to aid with our year end production.

The year end production involves 13 young actors with special needs between the ages of 12 ’Äì 18. They are putting on an original production
Titled ’ÄòThe Discovery’Äô which is a pirate themed play, involving such
characters as:

• Pinocchio (typical look)
• Geppetto (old/elderly look)
• Nikita (new character ’Äì sister of Pinocchio)
• Captain of Pirates
• First Mate
• 4 additional pirates
• 2 Gypsies
• 3 female Princess type characters (long lost sisters of Pinocchio)
• Prince Hubert

 
Pinocchio lands on an island where there is a band of pirates keeping his sisters captive.  Much of the make-up is pretty obvious, but we can give details for those interested.

Call time is 4:50 pm for the Make-Up Artists and they’Äôll be needed until 5:45 pm. Each artist will get approx 3 actors to work on for the 45-minute time slot. 

Each Make-Up Artist is required to bring their own make-up kit, but we will provide those who can commit a $25 honorarium for the show.  Artists are welcome to provide cards which we can distribute on the evening of the show to audience members.
