Make-up Art Certificate
With proper training, make-up artists have an abundance of opportunities open to them in aesthetics, fashion, television and film. The course begins by exploring colour coordination, colour psychology and colour harmony and continues through a wide range of make-up techniques including:
• Make-up applications for black & white and colour photography
• Make-up applications for daytime, evening and glamour
• Make-up application for bridal events
• Special effect make-up
• Corrective make-up techniques
• Camouflage and blending techniques
• Sanitation and sterilization
Students will also graduate with comprehensive product knowledge as well as an understanding of the cosmetic retail business environment.
