Director's Scholarship

Eligibility:

Canadian Students in their final year of High School
A minimum average of 75%
Preferred courses: Cosmetology, English, Science

Scholarship information:

Amount: $2,000.00 CDN
Course: Esthetic Program
Duration: 11 months
Number of scholarships per year: 2 in September, 1 in February
Administrator: Chellsey Institute of Aesthetics

Deadline for submissions:
October 31st for February classes
May 31st for September classes

4. Resume or letter about student achievements, interests and answer to these questions:
a) Why do you want to get into the beauty industry?
b) Why do you believe you deserve a scholarship?
5. Photo I.D.
6. Submit documents: The five documents must be submitted all together and mailed to:

Please make sure that you complete all requested documents, steps 1 to 5, and submit them together to avoid delays in application approval.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Late submissions will not be considered.
Only selected applicants will be contacted for an interview.

Selection Criteria:
Applicants will be selected for an interview based on their eligibility, their academic achievements and the written answers
to the two questions asked on the application form.
Only fully completed application forms will be considered for selection.

Terms and Conditions:
If the recipient of Chellsey Institute of Aesthetics scholarship fails to meet one or more of the following terms and conditions, the Chellsey Institute of
Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel the scholarship at any time.

1. Scholarship applicants must be in their final year of High School in Canada.
2. The scholarship will be held at Chellsey Institute Mississauga location only.
3. Scholarship recipient will be solely responsible for admission process to the Institute
4. The scholarship recipient must attend the Chellsey Institute on a full time basis, be enrolled in Esthetics Diploma Program and maintain a minimum average of 75% for the duration of the Program, in the event of serious illness or death in the immediate family, she can forfeit the Scholarship.
5. Scholarship recipient must enroll in the Esthetics Program at the Chellsey Institute of Aesthetics within the first year of being awarded the Scholarship. They may defer enrolment for up to one semester. Semesters start in September and February.
6. Scholarship will be terminated upon the occurrence of any unacceptable behavior on the part of scholarship recipient.
7. The Scholarship recipient must select and adhere to one of the payment plans offered by Chellsey Institute of Aesthetics. The value of the scholarship will be divided evenly amongst the number of tuition payments and reimbursed in the form of a cheque after each payment is received.
8. The Chellsey Institute of Aesthetics has final and binding discretion with regards to the selection of the recipient, the Scholarship and its terms.
