Antonia coordinates the Dermalogica Partnership Program which supplements the fantastic training students receive at Chellsey Institute. The Dermalogica Partnership Program supports Skin Care Institutes by providing additional product training, holding monthly seminars for students, gift certificates for post-graduate education, career fairs and a job board.

Izabela Staniszewska,
Ph.D., Chemistry

Chemist and Manager of Analytical Services, Medical Industry

Izabela completed her education at the University of Gdansk, Poland in 2002, arriving in US shortly thereafter and continuing her studies until 2007 as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Neuroscience, Temple University in Philadelphia. She expertly combines her scientific knowledge of cosmetic products, skin care ingredients and body care products to advise the Chellsey Institute on scientific approaches to the health and beauty industry.

Hugo H. Cadena

Technical Advisor for Inter Esthetics

Hugo has been working in the skin care industry for 21 years as a technical advisor for many schools in Canada. He completed his training of Advanced Esthetics in Spain, France and Italy. His portfolio includes writing skin care manuals, writing for hair salon magazines, as well as appearances on health radio and television shows.

Vicki Malo Director of Sales

Vicki has worked in the professional beauty industry since 1986 as a highly trained Aesthetician, CIDESCO Diplomat, RMT, BSc Pod, and Licensed Beautician. She has taken numerous seminars and classes on business aspects in the salon industry and is currently working on her BA in Global Marketing. Her education experience includes; advanced skin care, advanced foot care, infection control and business aspects in the salon industry.
Vicki is currently the Director of Sales for Footlogix Pediceuticals and the President of the North American School of Podology.

Alicja Czernik

Entrepreneur - Spa Owner, Mississauga

Alicja overlooks the quality of service at our school, making sure our curriculum stays updated with new treatments and technologies. She also hires Chellsey Institute graduate students from the Medical and Advanced Aesthetics Program.

Margaret Lebiedzinski, Founder & Director

She is the guiding spirit of the Chellsey Institute and is known fondly by her students and clients as Ms. Margaret. She brings more than 20-years of experience across several different fields in the aesthetics industry. Before opening her own teaching institute, Margaret spent many years as a senior instructor in one of Canada’s leading Schools of Aesthetics.

Margaret has also hosted aesthetic shows in Europe, and is committed to bringing innovative international techniques and trends back to Canada by travelling all over the world, attending a variety of seminars and trade shows each year. As a former spa manager, Margaret brings a well developed view of the challenges in the field, understanding what it takes to succeed and equipping her students with valuable inside knowledge. She also has several credits as a make-up artist for a variety of television promotions and hair shows.

Each of the school’s instructors has been carefully selected by Margaret for their knowledge, depth of experience and high standard of teaching aesthetics professionalism.

Rhonda Borean, Admissions & Student Advisor

She brings more than two decades of extensive business background in public relations, marketing & sales consulting.
For most of these years, Rhonda along with another family member, owned and operated a successful Franchise & Distributorship business of over 12,000 vending operators worldwide.

Rhonda provides excellent customer service to students through the application and enrollment process and then advises them on job skills and business acumen right through to graduation.

Chellsey students are mentored and coached by her from their very first day at school, being introduced to the aesthetics and spa industry in an encouraging and inspiring manner.

Marinna Calo, Medical & Laser Instructor

She completed her education at the University Zagrebacki Fakultet in Zagreb, Croatia and arrived in Canada in 2002.

She completed her Medical & Advanced Aesthetics Diploma program at Chellsey Institute in 2006 and has since been working as a Skin Laser & Skin Therapist, Medical Assistant Manager for a leading laser clinic in Mississauga.

Marina is also a Certified C-Med laser instructor and teaches our bi-annual laser classes..

Vesna Delic, Instructor

She completed Teacher’s College in Serbia and started her career teaching elementary classes for seven years in the public school sector. Upon arriving in Canada in 1993, Vesna completed her aesthetics training at the Toronto School of Esthetics and went on to practice at two leading salons in Yorkville and Sherway Gardens for the next 16-years, honing her knowledge of products and techniques which she gladly shares with her students.

Vesna uniquely combines her caring attitude and teaching abilities with the strong leadership skills necessary to make students feel secure in their new environments.

Kim Whiteford , Instructor

She has been a practicing aesthetician for over 18-years and for a number of years has owned and operated her own spa and aesthetics studio in downtown Toronto. Early in her career, Kim attended the Kirsch Clinic in Toronto where she specialized in ‘camouflage’ makeup, learning to expertly apply cosmetics to cover burn scars, birthmarks, and skin imperfections.

Next she received her Advanced Aesthetics Diploma from another leading school in the city and promptly went on to practice and take teaching courses. Students at the Chellsey Institute enjoy Kim’s youthful attitude and exuberance for sharing in her aesthetics knowledge in a fun, informative, and enjoyable atmosphere.
