Admissions Requirements

Before starting the admissions process, make sure you meet the eligibility criteria:

  • Grade 12 (OSSD / High School Graduate) or equivalent

  • Mature student status (18 years or older in Ontario; 19 years or older if outside Ontario)

  • Successful completion of the entrance evaluation

  • Admissions interview with an advisor on campus

International applicants follow a similar process, but additional documentation such as proof of academic credentials and language proficiency may be required.

Step-by-Step Admissions Process

The admissions process is designed to be clear, supportive, and personalized. It includes the following stages:

1. Career Interview & Campus Tour

Begin with a personal interview and campus visit so you can explore the facilities, meet staff, and discuss your goals. This step helps you understand the education environment while giving us insight into your aspirations.

2. Pre-Registration & Entrance Evaluation

Complete the entrance evaluation on campus. This helps assess your readiness for your chosen program and gives you a chance to meet with an admissions advisor who will guide you through next steps.

3. Financial Plan

When you decide to move forward, you are matched with a Financial Aid Officer (FAO). They will explain possible financial aid options — including scholarships, flexible payment plans, student funding programs, and more — to help you plan for your education.

4. Final Registration

Complete all required paperwork to officially enroll in your program. Your admissions advisor will help with any challenges, and once submitted, you’ll receive an introduction package to get started.

Additional Notes

  • The admissions process is the same for most certificate and diploma programs.

  • International students must provide certified academic documents and photo ID, and documents in languages other than English should be translated and notarized.

  • Basic English proficiency may be required for some programs.

Why This Matters

This process is designed to be reassuring and supportive, ensuring you feel confident in your decision to pursue professional training and a rewarding career path. You’ll have dedicated support through every phase — from your first interview to the start of your coursework.
